The Crouch Group Works With Collaborative Divorce Texas To Enhance Branding and Awareness

At the end of February, The Crouch Group was a participant in the 9th annual meeting of Collaborative Divorce Texas held at The Highland Hotel and Conference Center in Dallas. The statewide organization’s mission is to help couples navigate the difficult and emotionally straining experience of divorce by incorporating a collaborative process of mutual mediation. Spanning two days, the annual meeting was sponsored in part by The State Bar of Texas.

The Crouch Group made presentations to the 200 plus attendees on how to enhance their branding and awareness of the collaborative mediation process. The presentations concentrated on improving communication in the public sector with the goal of better educating those who are now or may in the future require the services of a family law attorney.

Tim Crouch, president of The Crouch Group, lead sessions on branding, advertising options, improved website design and presence and social media strategies.

The Crouch Group recently redesigned and launched a new website for Collaborative Divorce Texas, and works with a number of family law attorneys throughout the state in website design and proactive marketing campaigns.

Collaborative Divorce Texas is dedicated to helping couples choose a more family-friendly and financially-friendly option for divorcing. Collaborative attorneys are dedicated to the philosophy that divorce does not have to be destructive, but can be approached in a smarter and much less contentious manner using mediation employed by both sides in a divorce situation. Collaborative divorce gives families the opportunity to weather the stresses in divorce proceedings by finding a “better” way to divorce.

The Crouch Group represents a broad range of clients throughout Texas and Oklahoma and offers a full range of marketing services including website design, graphics design, social media marketing, video production and promotional products.

Many organizations sent groups of volunteers to the work site, including Boy Scout troops, UNT student organizations, and local Denton businesses. Even…

  • 4 of 5 doctors agree: Reviews Matter!

The classic ringing endorsement for a product is that: 4 out of 5 doctors agree. While the doctors may not have been asked about reviews, it is clear that reviews today matter. We used to go to the Better Business Bureau to find out if a business did good work. But today a business’s customers give you the best insight. After all who knows better? Reviews are endorsements for your products. Between Yelp, TripAdvisor, Amazon, Facebook, Google, and many more, people can easily share their experience with your product or service. You may be saying, “Yes, but this is a double-edged sword. What if they leave a bad review?” This is actually a good thing. For one thing, a bad review can tell you where you…

  • Photography in the West Texas Plains

Creating a web site for a client sometimes takes far more than working in the comfort of the office in front of a computer screen. When The Crouch Group recently took on the task of designing a new web site for Kyle Erwin Construction Company, it became clear that custom photography illustrating their services “out in the field” was needed. In this case, that meant a trip to the wind blown West Texas oil fields, where the company was engaged in several major projects. The job was assigned to Brittany Johnston, one of the Crouch Group account executives and a recent graduate of UNT. Among Brittany’s specialties is on-site photography, so off she went to the flat and dusty plains of West Texas. The job…
