The North Texas State Fair Association, as part of its mission to “Invest in the Future of Our Youth,” is accepting applications for two $2,000 scholarships through April 1 from graduating North Texas students who are applying to a junior college or university. The scholarships include the North Texas State Fair Association Scholarship and the Bob C. Powers Scholarship created in honor of Mr. Powers’ longtime affiliation with the North Texas Fair Association.
