The Crouch Group Unveils New Mission Statement

mission statementThe Crouch Group has always had a passion for our clients and our community.

One of the best reasons for hiring The Crouch Group is that we are great strategic thinkers for our clients.  For nearly 22 years, The Crouch Group has helped our clients to grow their business through a wide variety of platforms.  Platforms that have changed dramatically, since we opened for business in 1996, highlighted by the emergence of social media and digital marketing.  Staying on top of the changing media habits of consumers is our responsibility to our clients.

Our mission, as a company, has always been to help our clients grow.  But there has also always been a subtext to who we are as a company.  We have emphasized community and family as one of our priorities.   For many years, members of The Crouch Group have given their time to schools, charitable organizations and our church as volunteers. We believe that it is our responsibility to do all that we can to make a difference in our community.

It was with this clear understanding of who The Crouch Group is that we have developed a new mission statement. We will use this as reminder of who we are and what we do.  The new mission of The Crouch Group is:

“To leverage our expertise in telling our clients story so they grow their business, and to make a difference in the world.”

This mission statement breaks down what we do, that is telling our client’s story to grow their business. And what we feel called to do, which is to make a difference in the world.

The Crouch Group employees donate hundreds of hours helping in our community and beyond.  In the month of November, members of The Crouch Group donated nearly 70 hours of time to organizations such as Serve Denton, Denton Benefit League, Beaujolais & More, Denton Parks Foundation, the Denton ISD Bond Committee, the North Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church and more.  The donation of our time, in November, would have had a billable value of $8,750.00.

Why do we do it?  Because each of us knows that a life is not built out of what you do from 8 to 5 every day.   We know that when we give, we receive so much more in return.  It is what we have always done at The Crouch Group, and now it is part of our mission.  Helping our clients to grow AND making a difference in the world.  Throughout the coming months we will continue to report on how we are fulfilling our mission and on some of the work of the organizations that we support.

  • Facebook Seeks Consumer Opinion with Relevance Score!

In February 2015 Facebook released a new advertising feature “Relevance Score”. This is a rating system that is used for paid advertising on Facebook. This score is based on a 1 to 10 point scale; the higher your ad scores the more relevant your ad is deemed. Some users are finding that this is similar to a Google quality score. A Google score is based on stats between an ad and landing pages while the Facebook “Relevance Score” takes feedback and insight from you as the user into account. As a consumer you can give positive or negative feedback regarding any ad you’re seeing on your Facebook feed, giving you a voice on this social network.     How is a “Relevance Score” relevant to…
